Kickers and Me
EFSC offers a great developmental introduction to soccer. Kickers and Me Soccer is a toddler and Me program where Parents/Caregivers and toddlers play soccer together, led by a Divisional Coach/Trainer. The goal is to introduce the kids to the great game of soccer, with the emphasis on fun games, basic ball touches and foot skills. The players will learn some skill and get to play the great game of soccer. The parents will be cheerleaders and help the Divisional Coach/Trainer.
Here are the details:
- Eligible ages are 3- and 4-year-old children
- Participants are the Kicker and Me player and one parent/caregiver
- Each age division practices as a group on Saturday mornings in the Fall (September-November) and Spring (April-June)
- If you registered for the Fall, then your registration is good for the Spring season too
- Day & Time will be Saturdays
- 10:15am-11:00am approximately 45 minutes (Time slot may adjust)
- We follow the U5 Dates of Play
- Location will be the 52 Soccer Complex
- Fall Field location is U8’s
- Spring Field location is the Micros
- A uniform shirt will be provided for the player
- Each player should have the following
- a size 3 soccer ball
- sneakers (or soccer cleats – not required at this age)
- comfortable athletic apparel
- Water to enjoy during breaks
