Pre-Travel Prep Program

Participants must be current EFSC Intramural or LDT Players

Pre-Travel Prep is an invitation only small group training program for EFSC intramural & LDT players. Training sessions will be designed to resemble higher level training sessions and will challenge players in technical & tactical skills as well as training mentality.  The program is designed for players who are committed to working to raise their level of play and who may be looking to play or tryout for travel in the future.

Sessions will be led by EFSC staff including Intramural Director Sarah Dwyer-Shick, Adam Ritter, Andrea Humphreys  & other EFSC staff coaches.
