EFSC Winter Goal Keeper Training
EFSC is pleased to offer a Winter Goalkeeping clinic open to all EFSC registered players
Location – The Net – Poughkeepsie
Alternate Saturdays Starting 01/06/2024 to 03/23/2024 – 12PM TO 1PM
Session A: 1/6, 1/20, 2/3, 2/24, 3/9, 3/23 12-1pm

For younger players training will be geared to players with an interest in trying out and learning more about the position. The focus will be on fundamental movement and handling skills as well as an introduction to positioning.
For older players sessions will build on fundamental skills and expand to game related play as appropriate.
Players do not need to be full-time keepers and those who enjoy playing both in goal and on the field are encouraged to attend
Players should arrive dressed and ready to play a minimum of 5 minutes before the start of their session.

Shin guards covered by socks are required.

Jewelry removed (this includes necklaces, earing & bracelets)

Water & a properly sized and inflated ball should be brought to every session
