Level-Up Training 

EFSC Level Up Training Spring 2024

Participants must be current EFSC Intramural or LDT Players

Level Up is an invitation only small group training program for EFSC intramural & LDT players. Training sessions will be designed to resemble higher level training sessions and will challenge players in technical & tactical skills as well as training mentality.  The program is designed for players who are committed to working to raise their level of play and who may be looking to play or tryout for travel in the future.

Level Up sessions will be led by EFSC staff including Intramural Director Sarah Dwyer-Shick, Adam Ritter, Andrea Humphreys  & other EFSC staff coaches.

Dates of the Program :

• Tuesday Dates: April 16, 23, 30, May 7, 14, 21, 28, June 4 U6/U7 (2018/2017)

• Wednesday Dates: April 17, April 24, May 1, May 8, May 15, May 22, May 29, June 5

Time Slots for the program:

• U6/U7 (2018/2017) Wednesday 5-6:15 pm
• U7/U8/U9 (2017, 2016, 2015) Tuesdays 6:15-7:30 pm
• U8/U9/10 (2016/2015/2014) Wednesdays 6:15-7:30 pm

Registration: $150

To Register: Invites will be sent to identified players

Requirements: Appropriately sized soccer ball, water, shin guards, cleats, and ready to learn

Players must be HVYSL registered; priority will be given to EFSC players. If space is available players joining EFSC in the Fall may be eligible
