Hello all,

The schedules are final.  No further changes or requests will be accepted at that time. Due to the number of changes that did occur, each team should check their schedule to ensure you have the latest information.

Additionally, our website, EFSC.net, has the final rules, field maps and parking maps for each location.

– If you and your team are playing at the complex, pay special attention to the areas in which you and your families can NOT park. There will be police and attendees aiding with this on the days of the event.
– Please also pay attention to all parking signs at VW.
– We cannot guarantee requests for specific playing times.

You all have been receiving emails about our online check-in. Please ensure all documents are uploaded and approved in the system. Any inquiries on this can be directed to Kelly Peterson  MDTDirector@efsc.net.

– On the day you play, please come to the main tent at your specified location and let us know that you have arrived. Have all your documents with you in case we need to verify something with you.

Payments continue to come in, but if you haven’t made payment yet, then please have it with you when you come to the tent.
