Dutchess Cup Tournament Registration

Registration for the Dutchess Cup must be submitted by May 1. Please fill out the on-line Registration form below and press the Print Registration Form button at the bottom of the page when completed. This will format the data to a printable form which can be printed out using your browsers print  function. The information will also be recorded into our database which can be viewed by pressing the Teams  tab in the index above.  In order to complete the registration the printed form (including roster) must be sent along with a check for the specifed amount to the East Fishkill Soccer Club. All of the necessary information is shown in the Registration form.

EACH TEAM PARTICIPATING IN THIS TOURNAMENT DOES SO AT ITS OWN RISK AND AGREES TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES INCURRED DURING THE TOURNAMENT. THE EAST FISHKILL SOCCER CLUB CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR INJURIES RECEIVED DURING THIS TOURNAMENT.
